Thurs 11/11, 0638. Arrive at Cape Lookout Bight, get the anchor down and relish in the fact that we are not bouncing around. The ‘elation’ kicks in; and we were greeted by a beautiful sunrise complete w/dolphins. We decided that our coveted bottle of “Tartan 60th Anniversary” rum given to us by Tartan was to be a part of our passage completion ceremony, just a shot, every passage. Second was a nap. Third was the passage completion breakfast w/as much bacon as one could eat. Fourth was breaking in our new beer glasses from the Subversive brewery in Catskill, NY for the afternoon happy hour. There were a lot of smiles, hugs and kisses, ‘wow do you believe’s’, shared throughout the day, WE MADE IT!
